SAFE School will conduct an on-site security assessment that
evaluates the community, criminal data, school floor plan, all buildings
and grounds, evacuation plans, crisis notification systems, crisis
communication protocol, and crisis management policies.  
In addition,
SAFE School evaluates all aspects of a school's security
including social engineering and tailgating.  Industry best practices will
be identified to prevent the effective use of human, or social,
engineering in our schools.  

SAFE School provides up to ten, professionally-bound reports
containing the assessment.  Multiple photos and free or low-cost
recommendations are included in the bound assessment report.  Each
report will contain a Certificate of School Security.  A custom
SAFE
School membership plaque will be awarded that demonstrates your
school's pro-active commitment to maximizing the security of your
staff and student body.  In

SAFE School" certification see a positive correlation between the
certification and enrollment.  
SAFE's site security assessments pay for
themselves many times over just in the incremental students that are

SAFE's
services in no way guarantees that your
school will not have a security breach or
crisis.  It is
SAFE's goal to document,
point out, and make aware potential
areas of vulnerability to better prevent a
crisis from happening.  
SAFE is not
responsible for any school crisis of the
schools it assesses since it does not
require the safety and security
enhancements it recommends to be
implemented.
